French doors lead to a mature and well-maintained garden, which has a gate leading to the scenic Lade Braes Walk. The good-sized bedroom has beds that can be made up as twins or a super king size bed; the bathroom is en-suite with a bath and separate shower enclosure. There is also a cloakroom toilet off the hall. The unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Little Gladsmuir is beautifully decorated to a high standard, the fittings, furnishings, beds, towels and linen are of a high quality. There is a gas combi-boiler providing central heating and lashings of hot water. There is a hard wired fire detection system.
